Garda extra virgin olive oil is a rare and delicate gem. It is a condiment made unique by the microclimate in which the olives grow, coming from lake and mountain areas such as Brescia, Verona, Mantua and Trento. Pale yellow in color, Garda PDO Bresciano is characterized by a light fruity aroma, accompanied by a marked almond aftertaste.
This extra virgin olive oil is very versatile.
It goes well with many dishes and recipes
based on lake fish, but also with meats
and fish carpaccio, raw vegetables,
bruschetta, as well as low-fat cheeses
