Deep ruby red colour. Bouquet featuring ripe red fruit and fruits of the forest, along with cola, aromatic herbs and roast almonds. Austere, rich and compact on the palate. It expresses sustained body and a good acid component. It progresses on notes of dried fruit, with a deep, persistent finish. Sassicaia is delicious with refined main courses featuring red meat or game. Excellent with grilled and roast meat, with fillet steak and traditional Tuscan dishes containing wild boar.
