Visually reminiscent of narcissus in its golden yellow hues, it takes on a light orange appearance when diluted. Its aroma features intense and complex notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, including yellow peach, Neapolitan peach, nectarine and hints of apricot. It tastes delicately fresh, smooth and enveloping to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Classic pairings include sparkling wines, clear spirits and tropical spirits. An excellent ingredient for refreshing granitas.
