Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while the nose is distinguished by evident varietal characteristics of flowers and menthol with light returns of moss and fern. The taste is a complex but drinkable wine with a pronounced persistence.
PAIRING : it goes well with fish-based dishes, seafood, poultry and white meats, but also salads and fresh cheeses and light risottos based on fish or vegetables.
